Need to return something as you've changed your mind? Change of mind is ok so long that you contact us within 3 days and that the items are unopened and in their original packaging, intact with tags and packaging.
If you opened it, we can give you store credit provided you return the items for our inspection. Return postage will be incurred by you as much of the items you see on our website is discounted because we don't account for such things.
All our products are checked for defects prior to dispatch and packed appropriately to avoid transit damage and frivolous claims arising from such. However, in the rare case that an item arrives dead on arrival then you must inform us same day as delivery and supply us with photographs as discussed. Delivery dates will be checked against claim dates for any goods to be accepted for returns.
All returned items will be checked to ensure that the items are not switched and intact and in the same form, model as they were originally sent.
